Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na zkoumání „personální a mzdové agendy ve vybraném podniku.“ V bakalářské práci jsou zkoumány kroky, které zahrnují přijímání nového zaměstnance a výpočet mezd. Nejprve nás teoretická část seznámí se základními pojmy a zákonitostmi z oblasti personalistiky a mzdové problematiky. Hlavním cílem práce je prokázat znalost výpočtu mezd a znalosti ohledně povinností zaměstnavatele v souvislosti s nástupem pracovníka. Teoretické poznatky jsou později aplikovány v aplikační části práce na mezinárodní síť soukromých škol ESO Euroškola. V aplikační části se dále práce zaměřuje na rozdíly firemních benefitů škol v mezinárodním, ale i domácím prostředí. Poslední část práce porovnává výpočet a rozdíly ve mzdách mezi zaměstnancem Euroškoly v České republice a Německu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on exploration of human resources and payroll agenda in a certain company. This thesis examines steps which include recruitment and calculation of the wages. The theoretical part will acquaint us with basic terms and relations from the field of human resources and wages. The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to prove knowledge of wage calculations and knowledge regarding the employer´s obligations in connection of hiring a new staff. Theoretical knowledge is then applied in the second part of the work to an international network of the private schools of ESO Euroskola. In the practical part the work is focused on differences of corporate benefits of the schools in international and domestic environment. Last part compares calculation and differences in the wages between Czech and German employees of Euroskola.
