Quantitative parameters for positron emission tomography
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnostickou metodou využívající pozitronovou emisní tomografii. Práce podává teoretický podklad pro rekonstrukci obrazu akumulace radiofarmaka v těle, pro praktické posouzení a pro porovnání dvou parametrů SUV radiofarmaka FDG, které jsou používané na Klinice nukleární medicíny ve FN Ostrava.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with a diagnostic method using positron emission tomography. The thesis provides a theoretical background of the reconstruction of the accumulation the radiopharmaceutical in the body, the subsequent assessment and comparison of the two parameters of the SUV score used at the Nuclear Medicine Clinic in the Ostrava University Hospital.
