Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je rozbor právní úpravy Evropské unie v oblasti ochranných opatření proti dumpingu. Zohledněna bude též přiměřeně právní úprava Světové obchodní organizace v této oblasti a také bilaterální smlouvy Evropské unie zahrnující úpravu antidumpingu. Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyse the legislation of the European Union in the field of protection against dumping. Thesis will also be reflecting adequately legislation of World Trade Organization in this field, as well as European Union’s bilateral agreements including anti-dumping treatment.
