Schedule time gap: arrival-transport- specialized workplace (PCI) with patient with acute coronary syndrome
Abstract:
The work provides a comprehensive view of the diagnosis, treatment and management of a patient with acute myocardial infarction with elevation of ST segments in prehospital care. Further it focuses on the differences given by staff of the emergency medical services and departments of percutaneous coronary intervention of the Slovak Republic and the Czech Republic which are compared and evaluated.
Abstract:
Práca poskytuje ucelený pohľad na diagnostiku, liečbu a manažment pacienta s akútnym infarktom myokardu s ST eleváciami v prednemocničnej a skorej nemocničnej starostlivosti. Ďalej sa zameriava na rozdiely dané pracovníkmi zdravotnej záchrannej služby a pracovísk perkutánnej koronárnej intervencie Slovenskej republiky a Českej republiky, ktoré navzájom porovnáva a vyhodnocuje.
