Diverzity management as a development tool of personal potential of employees in the company

Abstract:

Diverzity management je nový koncept, který přichází postupně do evropských a českých organizací a stává se stále častěji diskutovaným tématem nejen v personálních odděleních. Jednotlivá témata jako diverzita, rovné příležitosti a vyrovnanost pracovního a osobního života jsou stále více součástí nás všech. Teoretická část se zabývá vysvětlením souvisejících pojmů, shrnutím informací a poznatků o Diverzity managementu a teoretickém rozboru všech ohrožených skupin. Závěr první části je věnován aktuálnímu stavu v České republice. Aplikační část je realizovaná kvalitativní a kvantitativním výzkumem, několika rozhovory s relevantními osobami a analýzou dotazníkového šetření týkající se aktuálního stavu rozšíření konceptu ve zkoumané společnosti a složením pracovních týmů s cílem zjistit, zda diverzifikované týmy přináší větší efektivitu a rozvíjí v jednotlivých členech větší potenciál. Stejným způsobem, jako je nyní kladen důraz na kvalitní vývoj moderních technologií, stejný důraz je kladen i na rozvoj manažerských činností a aktivit. Jednou z nich je právě Diverzity management.

Abstract:

Diverzity management is a new concept that gradually comes to European and Czech organizations and is becoming more and more frequently discussed not only in personnel departments. Individual topics such as diversity, equal opportunities and work-life balance are increasingly part of us. The application part deals with explanation of related concepts, summary of information and knowledge about Diverzity management and theoretical analysis of all vulnerable groups. The conclusion of the first part is devoted to the current situation in the Czech Republic. The empirical part is carried out by qualitative and quantitative research, several interviews with relevant persons, and analysis of the questionnaire survey on the current state of the concept expansion in the surveyed company and the composition of the working teams to see if the diversified teams bring more efficiency and create greater potential in individual members. In the same way as the emphasis is now on the quality development of modern technologies, the same emphasis is placed on the development of managerial activities and activities. One of them is Diverzity management.
