Effective Structure, Creation and Publication of Internal Bank Regulations

Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je návrh efektivní struktury, tvorby a publikace vnitřních předpisů banky. Diplomová práce byla vytvořena v období květen 2010 - březen 2011, a to na základě poznatků z praxe z let 1995 – 2011, a dále na základě průzkumu. Z průzkumu provedeného mezi 41 zaměstnanci bank vzešlo, ţe 9 respondentů z 10 pouţívá vnitřní předpisy, a dále, ţe více neţ 1/3 respondentů zastává názor, ţe vnitřní předpisy nejsou vţdy aktuální. Základními východisky pro efektivní strukturu, tvorbu a publikaci vnitřních předpisů je uzavřená soustava vnitřních předpisů, určení jednotných konvencí při jejich tvorbě a publikování vnitřních předpisů ve formátu HTML, a to prostřednictvím intranetu. Efektivní struktura, tvorba a publikace vnitřních předpisů je demonstrována v případové studii této diplomové práce.

Abstract:

The topic of the submitted thesis is design effective structure, creation and publication of internal bank regulations. This thesis was created in the period May 2010 - March 2011, based on experience from years 1995-2011, and based on a survey. Results of a survey conducted among 41 employees shows that 9 out of 10 respondents used internal regulations, and that more than one third of respondents considers that the internal regulations aren't always actual. The basic starting point for effective structure, creation and publication of internal bank regulations is closed system of internal regulations, determination of uniform conventions for creating and publishing internal regulations in HTML format and via the intranet. Effective structure, creation and publication of internal bank regulations is demonstrated in case study in this thesis.
