Abstract:
V práci jsem se nejdříve zaměřila na vytvoření teoretického základu. Dozvěděli jsme se něco o historii pojišťovnictví, o pojistném riziku a pojištění jsme si klasifikovali. Pak už bylo možné se věnovat povinnému ručení, kde jsem pokládala za nutné se věnovat tématu neplatičů. S povinným ručením úzce souvisí také Česká kancelář pojistitelů, která si proto vysloužila také jednu kapitolu. Přes pár faktů …more

First of all I will try to do some theoretic base. From the history of insurance, risk specifications and classification of insurance to the head subject: demage liability (or third-party risks).
