Social and criminological analysis of the influence of addictive substances on contemporary youth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou kriminologických faktorů zaměřených na mladistvé v České republice. Bude vycházet z vývoje a stavů drogové scény před, a především po roce 1989 až po současnost. Nastíní drogový trh v České republice a předloží i stručný přehled nejčastěji užívaných návykových látek. V hlavní části se bude věnovat rozboru kriminologických faktorů, jejich vlivu a dopadům na mladistvé a společnost. V závěru teoretické části jsou nastíněny možné způsoby řešení v podobě prevence. V praktické části je provedeno výzkumné šetření. Pro sběr dat a informací ke sledovanému byla použita metoda dotazníkového šetření oslovující cílovou skupinu jedinců ve věku 15 až 18 let. Na základě zpracování a vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření bude přistoupeno k zodpovězení výzkumných otázek. V závěru bude vše komplexně shrnuto, vyhodnoceno a prezentováno v grafech. Závěr práce předloží zhodnocení řešené problematiky, naplnění cílů práce a ze strany autorky budou nastíněny způsoby řešení.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of criminological factors aimed at juveniles in the Czech Republic. It will be based on the development and conditions of the drug scene before and especially after 1989 to the present. It will outline the drug market in the Czech Republic and also present a brief overview of the most commonly used addictive substances. The main part will focus on the analysis of criminological factors, their influence and impact on juveniles and society. At the end of the theoretical part, possible solutions in the form of prevention are outlined. In the practical part, a research investigation is carried out. For the collection of data and information on the subject, a questionnaire survey method addressing the target group of individuals between the ages of 15 - 18 was used. Based on the processing and evaluation of the questionnaire survey, the research questions will be answered. In the end, everything will be comprehensively summarized, evaluated and presented in graphs. The conclusion of the work will present an evaluation of the problem solved, the fulfillment of the goals of the work, and the author will outline ways to solve it.
