Detection of DNA Contamination in Gene Therapy Material
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na materiály, které jsou používané během léčby genovou terapií. Popisuje kontaminující DNA, která může vzniknout při výrobě těchto materiálů. V experimentální části se zabývá vývojem a validací metody založené na real-time PCR pro detekci kontaminující DNA čínského křečka.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the materials, which are used during the treatment by gene therapy. Thesis describes contaminating DNA, which may arise during production of these materials. In the experimental section deals with development and validation of the method based on real-time PCR for detection contaminating DNA from Chinese hamster.
