Effect of verbal intervention on performance in muscle strength test

Abstract:

Má práce je zaměřena na vliv verbální intervence a jak dokáže pozitivní, či negativní intervence ovlivnit výkony jedinců v testu svalové síly. V teoretické části charakterizuji adolescenty a motorické schopnosti, kde se především zaměřuji na silové schopnosti. Dále popisuji metodiku shybu a charakterizuji psychologii, protože tato věda je v mé bakalářské práci velice důležitá. V praktické části uvádím výsledky měřených studentů, podrobněji tyto výsledky rozebírám a především sumarizuji důležité závěry, ke kterých jsem díky této práci dosáhl.

Abstract:

My work is focused on the influence of verbal intervention and the way in which positive or negative intervention can affect the performance of individuals in the muscle strength test. In the theoretical part I characterize adolescents and motor skills, especially I focus on strength skills. I also describe the methodology of chest to bar pull up and characterize psychology, because this science is very important in my bachelor's thesis. The practical part presents the results of the measured students, these results are analyzed in more detail and, above all, important conclusions which were achieved thanks to this work are summarized here.
