Abstract:
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na komplexní posouzení zajišťovacího institutu zástavního práva k nemovitostem. Výchozí právní úpravou je zákon č. 89/2012 Sb., občanský zákoník. V jednotlivostech se práce zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku zástavního práva k nemovitostem, vymezení předmětu zástavy, jeho vznik, zápis do katastru nemovitostí a rejstříku zástav, obsah, výkon a zánik. Abstract:
The thesis is focused on a comprehensive assessment of securing institute of real estate lien. The basic legal regulation is the Law No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. In detail, the thesis focuses on the general characteristics of real estate lien, definition of the pledge, its creation, land registration and register pledges, content, performance and termination.
