Implementation of voice over IP in enterprise environment
Abstract:
Práce stručně popisuje problematiku implementace technologie Voice over IP v prostředí velké společnosti. Zaměřuje se na technická specifika dané technologie a jejich využití v prostředí moderního provozu hlasových služeb. Na konkrétním příkladu implementačního projektu je popsán návrh designu infrastruktury potřebné při integraci technologie do provozního prostředí.
Abstract:
Thesis briefly describes Voice over IP implementation specifics for the enviroment of the large company. Technical specifics of given technology are focused, as well as utilization in modern voice service operations. Design of the infrastructure which was developed within the particular implementation project is described as well.
