Abstract:
The emergence of resistance is a normal evolutionary process for bacterial cells. However, this process is also amplified by the widespread use and abuse of antibacterial agents. A series of newly synthesized derivatives of phosphonium salts, including their natural precursors isoperrottetin A and marchantin A/B, were tested as part of this rigorous work. Vznik rezistencie je pre bakteriálne bunky normálnym evolučným procesom. Tento proces sa však zosilňuje aj vďaka rozšírenému používaniu a zneužívaniu antibakteriálnych látok.
