Změny komunikace při onkologickém onemocnění hrtanu

Abstract:

Cílem absolventské práce je na základě studia odborné literatury popsat změny ve způsobu komunikace člověka s onkologickým onemocněním hrtanu, zjistit, jaký vliv mají tyto změny na jeho interakci s okolím a navrhnout možnosti řešení. Tj. zkoumat a popsat změny komunikace volené strategie kompenzačních mechanismů a hledat možná vhodná řešení pro další takto postižené jedince. Předmětem práce je kvalitativní výzkum formou případové studie. Výzkum prováděl autor práce dlouhodobě celkově v rámci několika měsíců. Objektem výzkumu jsou komunikační strategie při nemožnosti komunikovat s okolím mluveným slovem. Výzkum je včleněn do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a empirické, V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky potřebné pro dobré porozumění životní situace nemocného. Empirická část práce představuje výsledky výzkumu. Je zde popsán i psychosociální dopad onemocnění na nemocného a jeho rodinu

Abstract:

The aim of this graduate’s thesis is to investigate and describe alternations in the way of communication at the larynx cancer disorder, identify strategy compensatory mechanism and find possible solutions that are suitable for other disabled individuals. The subject of this work presents the qualitative research in the form of case study. The research has been implemented by the author of the thesis for several months in the long term. The objects of the research are communication strategies at the given person impossibility to communicate with particular people by way of the spoken word. The research has been divided into two parts: theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part there are findings needed for good understanding of the disordered men life situation. The empirical part of the work represents the outcomes of the research undertaken. In this work there are also described the psycho-social implications of the decease towards disabled person and his family.
