Determination of copper by AAS
Abstract:
Byla studována analytická metoda AAS. Byla vyvinuta a optimalizována metoda pro stanovení mědi ve víně pomocí FAAS. Metodou kalibrační křivky a metodou přídavků standardu byla stanovena měď ve třech vzorcích vína. Byl vypracován návod na stanovení mědi ve víně metodou FAAS pro laboratorní cvičení z analytické chemie.
Abstract:
The analytical method AAS was studied. The method of FAAS for copper determination was developed and optimized. Copper was determined in three samples of wine by external calibration method and by standard additions method. The manual for copper determination in wine by FAAS for laboratory practises of analytical chemistry was prepared.
