Abstract:

Cílem této práce byla implementace technologií AD v logistice v rámci procesu autonomního skladování hotových vozů na venkovních parkovacích plochách. Za tímto účelem byly vysvětleny principy autonomního řízení a aktuální status jeho vývoje. Práce také shrnuje největší výzvy související s implementací autonomních technologií. Pro implementaci autonomního skladování hotových vozů ve společnosti Škoda Auto a.s. (ŠA) byl zpracován business case. V něm byla provedena finanční analýza stávajícího procesu skladování vozů a stanoveny podmínky na pořízení autonomní technologie s požadovanou návratností investice. Business case také porovná celosvětově dostupné autonomní technologie. Jako nejvhodnější řešení pro ŠA byl zvolen autonomní přepravník vyvíjený na vlastní náklady. Kromě toho, že toto řešení zdůrazní image společnosti ŠA jako inovativní značky, zajistí výrazně efektivnější skladování. Díky elektricky poháněným přepravníkům bude proces také šetrnější k životnímu prostředí.

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to implement the AD technologies in Logistics within the process of autonomous storing of completed vehicles in outdoor parking areas. For this specific purpose, general principles of autonomous driving and its current state of development were explained. The thesis also sums up the most significant challenges related to AD implementation. This paper also includes a specific business case created for autonomous vehicle storage implementation in Škoda Auto a.s. (ŠA). It provides financial analysis of a currently used storage method and finds the requirements for autonomous technology acquisition, including the return on investment. The business case also compares the worldwide-available autonomous technologies. The autonomous conveyor, developed at the company's own expense, was considered as the only suitable solution for ŠA. Aside from the fact that this solution will emphasize ŠA's image of an innovative automotive brand, it should also guarantee a more efficient storing. The electric-driven conveyors will also make the process more environmentally friendly.
