Physical stress of nurse at traumatology and orthopaedics

Anotace:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fyzické zátěže všeobecných sester pracujících na chirurgických a ortopedických pracovištích. Základ práce v teoretické rovině tvoří fyzická zátěž sester, její příčiny, důsledky a prevence. V empirické části práce uvádíme zjištěné příčiny, důsledky fyzické zátěže sester v důsledku manipulace s pacientem a její dopad na biologickou a psychickou stránku organismu všeobecných sester. Práce je zaměřena na analýzu a komparaci výsledků získaných průzkumným šetřením. Vytvořené doporučení pro praxi může být využito v rámci prevence důsledků fyzické zátěže u ošetřujícího personálu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis handles problematic the physical stress of the nurses, working at the surgery and orthopedic stations. The theoretical base of the thesis is in the physical stress of the nurses, its causes and consequences. In the empirical part of the thesis, we introduce the known causes and consequences of the physical stress the nurses´ due to physical handling and manipulation with the patient and its impact on the biological and psychical side the nurses. The thesis is focused on the analysis and the comparison the results gained by the exploratory investigation. The created recommendation for the practice can be used as a prevention of the consequences the physical stress at the medical staff.
