This bachelor thesis deals with the dystopian society portrayed in Victoria Aveyard’s young adult novel Red Queen and its sequel Glass Sword, the first two books from the Red Queen Series. It describes given terms related to young adult, dystopian, and fantasy literature, and based on the theory, it provides an analysis of these features portrayed on given books.
