Cancer Treatment Using The Herpes Simplex Virus
Abstract:
Práce se věnuje popisu rakoviny, charakteristikám a vlastnostem tohoto onemocnění. Následně se věnuje popisu viru herpes simplex, jeho stavbě a mechanismu infekce. Nakonec se práce zaměřuje na léčbu rakoviny pomocí viru herpes simplex, jejími výhodami a jednotlivými deriváty tohoto viru využívaných při studiích a léčbě.Abstract:
The work is devoted to description of cancer, characteristics and features of this disease. Then it describes strucutre and mechanism of herpes simplex. Work focuses also on the threatment of cancer using herpes simplex, its benefits and variations of virus used in studies and treatment.
