Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá vztahem státu a alkoholu. Je to vztah rozporuplný, neboť stát na jedné straně vystupuje jako "distributor" alkoholu a do státního rozpočtu přijímá zisky z obchodu s alkoholem. Na straně druhé se snaží své obyvatelstvo chránit před jeho negativním působením. Abstract:
This thesis deals with relation among state and alcohol. It is inconsistent relation, because on the one hand, state distributes alcohol and has incomes from consumption tax and by the legal regulation makes possible running business with alcohol.
