Rieman zeta function

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with a brief overview of the basic concepts and properties related to the Riemann zeta function. We begin by examining the original zeta function, its specific values ​​and properties. Next, we move to Riemann's zeta function, its analytical continuation to the complex plane, the relevant functional equations and the investigation of its basic properties. Finally, we formulate the Riemann hypothesis and describe the relationship between the Riemann zeta function and the distribution of prime numbers.

Abstract:

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je čitateľovi poskytnúť stručný prehľad základných pojmov a vlastností týkajúcich sa problematiky Riemannovej zeta funkcie. Začíname skúmaním pôvodnej zeta funkcie, jej špecifických hodnôt a vlastností. Ďalej sa presúvame k Riemannovej zeta funkcii, jej analytickému rozšíreniu na komplexný obor, odvodeniu príslušných funkcionálnych rovníc a skúmaniu jej základných vlastností. Na záver formulujeme Riemannovu hypotézu a popisujeme vzťah medzi Riemannovou zeta funkciou a rozložením prvočísel.
