Non-literary elements in spoken communication intended for children of older school age

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat nestandardními prvky v mluvené podobě mediálních komunikátů určených dětem staršího školního věku (zhruba 2. stupeň základní školy). Předpokládáme její rozdělení na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojedná o diferenciaci jazyka na spisovný a nespisovný, o charakteristikách těchto forem (s akcentem na podobu mluvenou). Pozornost bude zaměřena také na specifika mediálního jazyka, na dynamický pohyb na ose úzus - norma - kodifikace. Praktická část bude zpracována na základě analýzy autentických pořadů určených dané věkové kohortě (např. vybrané pořady televizní stanice Déčko). Cílem bude deskripce užitých nespisovných jazykových prostředků a jejich hodnocení z hlediska funkce konkrétního komunikátu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis will deal with non-standard elements in the spoken form of media communications intended for children of older school age (roughly the 2nd grade of elementary school). We assume that it will be divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part will discuss the differentiation of language into literary and non-literary, about the characteristics of these forms (with emphasis on the spoken form). Attention will also be focused on the specifics of the media language, on the dynamic movement on the axis of use - norm - codification. The practical part will be processed based on the analysis of authentic programs intended for the given age cohort (e.g. selected programs of the Déčko television station). The goal will be a description of the non-literary language means used and their evaluation from the point of view of the function of a specific communication.
