Consequences of communism in the Czech Republic on social affairs

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá sociálními důsledky komunistického režimu. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány tranzitní teorie, vývoj komunistického režimu od roku 1948 do roku 1989, přechod na demokracii. Empirická část popisuje zákony, které se týkají důchodové politiky od roku 1948 do současnosti. Na základě šetření bylo zjištěno, že zákony v době komunismu obsahovali např. rozdělení prací do kategorií, minimální a maximální možnou výši, osobní důchody atd. V závěru práce srovnává zákony mezi sebou a ukazuje změny, kterými prošli.

Abstract:

Bachelor the thesis deals with the social consequences of the communist regime. The theoretical part describes transitional theories, the development of the communist regime from 1948 to 1989, and the transition to democracy. The empirical part describes laws related to pension policy from 1948 to the present. Based on the survey, it was found that the laws during the communist era included, for example, the categorization of jobs, minimum and maximum amounts, personal pensions, etc. In the conclusion, the thesis compares the laws and shows the changes they have undergone.
