Insolvency - prediction of crisis in a company

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje tématu úpadku podniku a možným způsobům jeho řešení. Popisuje insolvenční zákon platný od roku 2008, který přinesl do problematiky úpadku jak podniků, tak fyzických osob, mnoho nového. Zákon umožňuje častější řešení finanční tísně pomocí reorganizace, a sice při zachování provozu podniku dlužníka. Cílem nového insolvenčního zákona je také urychlení a zprůhlednění insolvenčního řízení, snížení nákladů věřitelů a zvýšit tak jejich příjmy. V práci je hodnocen podnik působící v textilním odvětví, který prošel procesem insolvenčního řízení s povolením reorganizace. Je analyzován stav podniku před úpadkem, během insolvenčního řízení a stav po osvobození z insolvence. Kromě tématu insolvence a insolvenčního řízení je práce věnována metodám finanční analýzy. Je analyzováno několik predikčních modelů s vyhodnocením výsledků a s cílem pomocí nich zjistit, zda je možné na základě výsledků předvídat úpadek podniku dříve, než nastane, nejlépe několik období předem.

Abstract:

The work is dedicated to the topic of bankruptcy and possible ways of its solution. Describes the Insolvency Act valid since 2008, which brought to the problems of the decline of both enterprises and individuals, many of the new. The law allows for the more common solution to the financial distress using reorganization, namely in maintaining the operation of the undertaking of the debtor. The aim of the new insolvency law is also speeding up and the transparency of the insolvency proceedings, the creditors ' cost reduction and increase their income. In the work is rated business in the textile industry, which has undergone a process of reorganization of insolvency proceedings with permission. Is parsed before the decline of the status of the company, during the insolvency proceedings and the State after the liberation from insolvency. In addition to the topic of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings is devoted to the methods of financial analysis. Analyzed several prediction models with the evaluation of the results and with the aim of using them to determine whether it is possible on the basis of the results to predict the decline of the company before occurs preferably several periods in advance.
