Tato diplomová práce se zabývá právní úpravou věcných břemen k pozemkům, dnes označovaných za pozemkové služebnosti. První část práce obsahuje obecný výklad k dané problematice, zařazuje institut věcných břemen do systému práva, vymezuje základní pojmy a popisuje historii právní úpravy na území českých zemí. This diploma thesis deals with the czech legal regulation of land easements, nowadays called land servitudes. First part of the thesis is a general introduction of the easements, it describes basic terms and the history of the legislation on the territory of the Czech republic.
