Abstract:

Cílem mé bakalářské práce je "Praktický dekor", jako mnohostranné téma, které může změnit postoj k podstatným věcem, které nás obklopují. Hlavním cílem a kritériem práce je spojit praktičnost, funkčnost a estetiku v jednom objektu a také ukázat a dokázat lidem, že dekor by neměl být jen dekorací. Výzkum a průběh práce byly inspirovány hlavně věcmi, které nás obklopují v každodenním životě. V dnešní době je podpora a pomoc lidem velmi důležitým tématem, které bohužel s každou generací ztrácí svůj zásadní význam. Na základě toho byla volba a směr této bakalářské práce zásadní pro analýzu tohoto tématu. Vytvořila jsem kolekci nábytku, jejíž jednotlivé prvky slouží jako referenční bod v prostoru. Lidé se zbytkovým procentem vidění mohou navigovat pomocí kontrastních barev a hmatových vzorů, což jim výrazně zjednoduší život. Hlavním úkolem bylo vytvořit praktický a pragmatický design. Kolekce je založena na jednoduchém rastru s kontrastními povrchy. Je to jednoduchý, rozeznatelný tvar. Díky opačným materiálům jasně vidíme hranice a požadovaný povrch.

Abstract:

The aim of my bachelor thesis is "Practical Décor", as a multifaceted topic that may change the attitude towards essential things that surround us. The main goal and criteria of the thesis is to combine practicality, functionality and aesthetics in one object, as well as, to show and prove to the people that decor shouldn't be just decoration. The research and the course of work was mainly inspired by the things that surround us in daily life. Nowadays, support and help to the people is a very important topic, which, unfortunately, with each generation losing their fundamental importance. I created a collection of furniture, individual elements of the territory as a landmark in design. People with a residual percentage of vision can navigate by contrasting colors and tactile ornaments, which will greatly simplify their life. The core task was to create a practical and pragmatic design. The collection is based on a simple grid in the shape of a square with contrasting surfaces. It's simplified, that is why people may clearly see and recognize the boundaries, as well as, the desired surface.
