Design and construction of a conveyor for family development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem dopravníku pro přepravu materiálu z místa nakládky u obecní komunikace do místa vykládky na úrovni budoucí rodinné zástavby. Teoretická část bakalářské práce pojednává o typech dopravníků, které mohou být použity pro přepravu materiálu. V praktické části bakalářské práce byly navrženy tři typy dopravníků pro využití pro dopravu materiálu pro rodinnou zástavbu ve svažitém terénu (z navržených typů dopravníků byly navrženy tři možné varianty, které splňují danou problematiku). Pro vybranou variantu dopravníku byl proveden výpočet hlavních parametrů a vytvořena technická dokumentace (sestavy vozíku, jednotlivých plechů korby vozíku, dvířek, pantů, koleček, uzavíracího mechanismu a výrobní výkresy všech částí). V závěru práce je provedeno technicko-ekonomické zhodnocení navrženého vozíkového dopravníku pro konkrétní rodinnou zástavbu.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a conveyor for the transport of material from the place of loading at the municipal road to the place of unloading at the level of future family development. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis deals with the types of conveyors that can be used to transport material. In the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, three types of conveyors were designed for use in transporting material for family development in sloping terrain (from the proposed types of conveyors, three possible variants were proposed that meet the issue). The calculation of the main parameters was performed for the selected variant of the conveyor and technical documentation was created (assemblies of the trolley, individual sheets of the trolley body, doors, hinges, wheels, closing mechanism and production drawings of all parts). At the end of the work is a technical and economic evaluation of the designed trolley conveyor for a specific family development.
