Bakalářská práce „Petice a stížnosti jako právní záruky ve veřejné správě“ se zabývá významem petic a stížností v našem životě. Cílem mé práce je přiblížit základní charakteristiku petic a stížností. Práce objasňuje pojem jako petiční právo, petiční výbor, náležitosti petic a stížností, projednávání stížností. Jedna z kapitol zmiňuje ombudsmana, jako jednoho ze záruk zákonnosti. Bachelor thesis „Petitions and complaints as legal guranty in public administration“, deal with importance of petitions and complaints in our life. The aim of my thesis is explain elementary characteristic of petitions and complaints.
