Abstract:
Práce rozebírá průběh náborového procesu v Dopravním podniku měst Liberce a Jablonce nad Nisou (DPMLJ). Zabývá se procesem plánování, získávání a výběru. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na metody hodnocení a plánování počtu řidičů, metody šíření a oslovování potencionálních uchazečů a metody správného výběru kandidátů.Abstract:
The thesis discusses the recruitment process in Dopravní podnik měst Liberce a Jablonce nad Nisou. It deals with the planning, acquisition and selection process. The paper is focused specifically on methods of determining and planning the staffing needs, methods of dissemination and addressing potential candidates and methods of correct selection of candidates.
