Social determinants of behavior disorders in children in the context of life perspective

Abstract:

Rigorózní práce je věnována problematice dětí s poruchou chování z hlediska etopedického a jejich psychosociálnímu vývoji. Cílem práce bylo co nejpodrobněji analyzovat sociální determinanty poruch chování u dětí umístěných v prostředí Dětského diagnostického ústavu. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na vývoj osobnosti dítěte, poruchy chování u dětí a systém péče v náhradní výchově včetně péče ústavní a na etopedickou diagnostiku. Tato část byla rozdělena do pěti kapitol, byla zpracována monografickou procedurou, má charakter kvalitativního výzkumu a bylo využito technik obsahové analýzy, analýzy dokumentů a komparace informačních zdrojů. Empirická část práce má charakter statistické procedury, jedná se o kvantitativní výzkum, který byl realizován za pomoci obsahové analýzy, analýzy dokumentů, pozorování a částečně standardizovaného rozhovoru. Výzkumná část je zaměřena především na faktory, jež vývoj dítěte negativně ovlivňují v sociálním prostředí rodiny, školy a vrstevnické skupiny. V poslední kapitole jsou shrnuty závěry a doporučení, které z uvedeného výzkumu vyplývají a mohou být přínosné v kontextu připravovaných legislativních změn, transformace systému péče a následného směřování nabídky terénních a preventivních služeb blíže dětem v riziku poruch chování.

Abstract:

Rigorous work is devoted to problems of children with conduct disorder in terms of ethopedics and their outcome for development. The aim of this work was the most detailed analysis of the social determinants of behavior disorders in children placed in children's diagnostic institute environment. The theoretical part is focused on the development of the child's personality, behavior disorders in children and the system of care in alternative education, including institutional care and ethopedic diagnostics. This part was divided into five chapters, monographic procedure has been processed, the nature of qualitative research techniques were used and the content analysis, document analysis and comparison of information sources. Empirical work has the character of the statistical procedures, it is a quantitative research carried out using content analysis, document analysis, observation and partially standardized interview. The research part is focused on factors that negatively affect child development in the social environment of family, school and peer groups. The final chapter summarizes conclusions and recommendations arising from the research and can be beneficial in the context of forthcoming legislative changes, the transformation of care and direction of subsequent offers outreach and prevention services closer to children at risk of behavioral problems.
