Vývoj nosičů léčiv odvozených od žlučových kyselin a studie jejich toxicity

Development and toxicity studies of bile acid-based drug carriers
Abstract:
Velká část vyvíjených léčiv selže během klinického testování kvůli své nízké rozpustnosti, nízké stabilitě, biologické dostupnosti a vedlejším účinkům na lidský organismus s tím souvisejícím. Cílem této práce je vyvinout a studovat nové porézní nanokrystalické metalo-organické sítě, potenciální nosiče léčiv odvozené od žlučových kyselin, které by výše zmíněné bariéry mohly překonat.
Abstract:
A large amount of promising drug candidates fail during clinical trials because of their low solubility, stability and biological availability, and deleterious side effects in human organism that go along. The aim of this work is to develop and study novel bile acid derived nanocrystalline porous metal-organic frameworks, potential drug carriers, which could supress the abovementioned drawbacks.
