Abstract:
Free software can be found on every computer. This work focuses on free software and its licensing with the use of GNU General Public License. This work is pointing out the importance of free software, evolution of Free Culture and analyzes the compatibility of the most common license the GNU GPL with the Czech law.
Abstract:
Slobodný softvér nájdeme na každom počítači. Táto práca sa zaoberá slobodným softvérom a jeho licencovaním za pomoci GNU General Public License. Práca poukazuje na význam slobodného softvéru, vývoj Free Culture a analyzuje z hľadiska kompatibility najznámejšiu licenciu GNU GPL s českým právom.
