Abstract:
Tato práce je pojednáním o využití sušené syrovátky při výrobě kysaných mléčných výrobků. Součástí praktické části je výroba vzorků jogurtů s různými syrovátkovými preparáty.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the use of whey powder in the production of fermented dairy product. The practical part covered the production of yoghurt samples with different whey preparations.
