Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce “Operativní controlling – funkce a organizační zařazení v podniku“ je rozbor controllingu, ve smyslu jeho funkce a hierarchickém zařazení ve strukturách podniku, se zaměřením na jeho operativní část. V teoretické části se pojednává o koncepci controllingu, jeho základních cílech, funkcích, nástrojích a začlenění do organizačních struktur. Zvláštní pozornost je přitom věnována zavádění a využití controllingu v malých a středních podnicích, se zaměřením na projektově orientovaný podnik. Praktická část diplomové práce je věnována rozboru situace v podniku HOCHTIEF Development Czech Republic s.r.o. Analyzuji stav controllingu v uvedeném podniku v roce 2007 a následně navrhuji změny, které by měly přispět k vytvoření uceleného systému controllingu, který by sloužil vedení společnosti jako jeden ze základních nástrojů při dosahování plánovaných hospodářských cílů.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis “Operational controllership – the function and the organizational position in an enterprise” is an analysis of controlling in terms of its function and its inclusion into a company s hierarchy structure with a main focus on its operational element. The theoretical part explains the controlling concept, its key goals, functions, tools and its inclusion into organizational structures. Special attention is paid to the implementation and use of controlling in small and medium-size businesses focusing on a project-oriented enterprise. The practical part of the thesis presents a situation analysis in the company HOCHTIEF Development CR. I have analyzed the 2007 controlling status in the said company and subsequently proposed changes, which should contribute to the creation of a comprehensive controlling system that serves the company management as a key tool in achieving its planned economic goals.
