Calculations as an instrument for management

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá místem kalkulací v řízení podniku. V současných změnách podnikatelského prostředí mohou obstát na trhu pouze firmy, které dokáží efektivně řídit své náklady. Činnost controllingu usměrňuje současný a budoucí chod společnosti. Kalkulace, se jako jeden z nástrojů controllingu, prolínají celým procesem řízení podniku. Slouží jako podklad pro stanovení nákladů a z nich vyplývající budoucí ceny. Cílem závěrečné práce je zhodnotit nynější používané kalkulační metody společnosti a navrhnout jiný způsob řešení. Uvedená analýza mi následně umožní potvrdit či vyvrátit hypotézu, že neabsorpční kalkulace má vyšší vypovídací schopnost než absorpční kalkulace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis explores the place of calculations in business management. In today´s changing business environment can survive in the market only companies that can effectively manage their costs. Directs the activity of controlling the current and the future operations of the company. Calculation is as an instrument of controlling, integral to the process of business management. It serves as a basis for determining the costs and resulting future prices. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the current calculation methods used by the company and suggest another course of action. This analysis will then allow me to confirm or disprove the hypothesis that non-absorbent calculation is more informative than absorption calculation.
