Voice and Body. How the body affects the voice and vice versa

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na ozdravné účinky zpěvu na tělo. Jakým způsobem můžeme s hlasem a tělem pracovat, a jak se navzájem ovlivňují. V první kapitole nejprve popíšu hlas z hlediska fyziologie. Kde se tvoří a z čeho je tvořen hlasový aparát. V další kapitole se zaměřím na vnímání hlasu. Co můžeme z pouhého poslechu hlasu poznat. Ve třetí kapitole rozebírám pojem „blok“, podle Alexandra Lowena z jeho knihy „Bioenergetika – Terapie duše pomocí práce s tělem“. Co jsou to bloky, jak vznikají a jak s nimi můžeme pracovat. V další kapitole zaměřuji pozornost na praktickou část. Uvádím různé způsoby práce s hlasem a tělem podle Diane Austin a Ivany Vostárkové. V závěru popíšu svůj vlastní pohled na to, jak může hlas léčit. V této práci jsme se snažila ukázat způsoby, jak skrze odlišné přístupy a metody k hlasu a k tělu můžeme pozvednout náš osobnostní růst, vyjadřovat se volněji a přijmout se. Oporou mi byly knihy specializovaných odborníků a mé vlastní poznatky.

Abstract:

This work focuses on the healing effects of singing on the body. How we can work with the voice and the body and how they influence each other. In the first chapter I will describe the voice in terms of physiology. Where the vocal apparatus is formed and what it is made of. In the next chapter I will focus on the perception of the voice. What we can tell from just listening to the voice. In the third chapter I discuss the concept of "block", according to Alexander Lowen from his book "Bioenergetics - Therapy of the Soul through Bodywork". What blocks are, how they are created and how we can work with them. In the next chapter I focus on the practical part. I present different ways of working with the voice and body according to Diane Austin and Ivana Vostárková. In the last chapter I describe my own view of how the voice can heal. In this work I have tried to show different ways how through different approaches and methods to the voice and the body we can elevate our personal growth, express ourselves more freely and accept ourselves. I drew information from books by specialized experts and from my own knowledge.
