Combined screening, triple test and GBS in pregnancy

Abstract:

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je kombinovaný screening, triple test a GBS v graviditě. Je to práce teoreticko - výzkumná. V teoretické části se zabývám třemi screeningovými vyšetřeními a to kombinovaným screeningem, triple testem a screeningem GBS v graviditě. U každého screeningového vyšetření jsem se zaměřila především na to, k čemu se daný screening používá, jak vyšetření probíhá, kdy se provádí a jak jsou výsledky screeningu hodnoceny. Ve výzkumné části jsem se zaměřila na využívání daných screeningových vyšetření v praxi. Dále mě zajímalo, zda jsou v praxi dodržována doporučená rozmezí pro provádění screeningových vyšetření a jaká další vyšetření podstupují těhotné ženy v případě pozitivního výsledku kombinovaného screeningu nebo triple testu. Ráda bych také porovnala, do jaké míry se řídí Pardubická krajská nemocnice a.s. doporučenými postupy České gynekologicko - porodnické společnosti týkající se léčby GBS v těhotenství a za porodu a České neonatologické společnosti týkající se péče o novorozence GBS negativních, pozitivních nebo nevyšetřených matek.

Abstract:

The topic of my bachelor work is a combined screening, a triple test and GBS in pregnancy. My work is dividend into the theoretical and reserch work. In the theoretical part I describe three screening investigations (combined screening, triple test and screening GBS in pregnancy). In each of these investigations I am focused onto that Chat is the results of screening used for, how the investigation runs, when in happens and how are the results of screening evaluated. In the reserch part of my work I am focused on using of concrete screening investigations in use. I was interested in the observace of recommanded interval sof screening investigations and chat other investigations is necessary to do to pregnant women in a case of positive reset of combined screening or triple test. I would like to compare to Chat degrese The Pardubice regional hospital (RHA) a.s. follows recommanded rules of The Czech Gynecological and Obstetric Society about treatment of GBS during the childbirth and The Czech Neonatological Society relativ to taking care of newborn rabies of GBS negative, positive or uninvestigated mothers.
