Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu psychohygieny práce státních zaměstnanců. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaký má význam psychohygiena u státních úředníků. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí: teoreticko-metodické a aplikační. V první části jsou jednotlivé pojmy, názory a výzkumy popsány v několika kapitolách, včetně technik, které mohou pomoci předcházet stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Druhá část se skládá z dotazníkového šetření, které poskytlo potřebné informace pro tento výzkum. Při výběru analýzy byla zvolena státní instituce Okresní správa sociálního zabezpečení. Na základě sebraných dat, byl zjištěn výsledek, že pro státní úředníky má psychohygiena velký význam. Říká se, že práce s lidmi je mnohem duševně namáhavější než práce s neživým materiálem. Tito zaměstnanci v rámci pomoci ostatním lidem vydávají mnoho energie a tuto energii již často nedokážou nabrat zpět. Psychohygiena poskytuje systém propracovaných pravidel a rad, které mohou sloužit k udržení, prohloubení nebo znovuzískání duševního zdraví a rovnováhy. Tato práce může být přínosem nejen pro státní instituce, ale lze ji aplikovat všude, nehledě na zaměření, obor, či odvětví. Přestože má výzkum své limity, lze ji považovat za zdroj informací pro dané téma, jak samotným pracovníkům pomáhajících profesí, tak i všem těm, kteří mají o tuto problematiku hlubší zájem.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is devoted to the topic of psychohygiene in the work of civil servants. The aim of this work is to find out the importance of psychohygiene for civil servants. The work is divided into two parts: theoretical-methodical and application. In the first part, individual concepts, opinions and research are described in several chapters, including techniques that can help prevent stress and burnout. The second part consists of a questionnaire survey that provided the necessary information for this research. When choosing the analysis, the state institution District Social Security Administration was chosen. Based on the collected data, it was found that psychohygiene is of great importance to civil servants. It is said that working with people is much more mentally demanding than working with inanimate material. These employees spend a lot of energy helping other people and often cannot get this energy back. Psychohygiene provides a system of elaborate rules and advice that can be used to maintain, deepen or regain mental health and balance. This work can be beneficial not only for state institutions, but can be applied everywhere, regardless of focus, field, or industry. Although the research has its limits, it can be considered a source of information for the given topic, both for the workers of the helping professions themselves, and for all those who have a deeper interest in this issue.
