Time Management for Managerial Students

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá v první polovině tématem time managementu z více uhlů pohledu. Zaprvé z pohledu manažera a managementu, také z úhlu efektivity a nakonec pohlíží na time management jako na kompetenci. V druhé polovině teoretické části se práce zabývá sociálními sítěmi jako prostředím, které potencionálně time managementu škodí, průmyslu 4.0. a tématikou pozornosti. Všechna tato témata jsou pro time management klíčová. Na teoretickou část jsem navázala dotazníkovým šetřením a monitoringem dne, na základě kterých byly navrženy různé programy na zlepšení time managementu studentů manažerského oboru, což bylo jedním z cílů práce.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals, within the first half with the topic of Time Management from several point of view. First of all, from the perspective of Managers and Management, also from the point of view of efficiency, and finally looking at Time Mnagement as competence. In the second half of the theoretical part, the thesis deals with social networks, as an enviroment that can potentially harm Time Management, Industry 4.0. and attention. All these topics are crucial for Time Management. I followed the theoretical part with a questionnaire survey and day monitoring, on the basis of which various programs were designed to improve the Time management od managerial student, which was one of the goals of the thesis.
