Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá výslechem v kriminalistické praxi z pohledu hospodářské kriminality. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to teoretickou část, která se zabývá výslechem z hlediska historického vývoje, cíli výslechu, jeho druhy dle procesního postavení, druhy dle fyzického a psychického stavu vyslýchaného, a i stádii výslechu.
