Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na nejběžnější vady při doručování písemností v rámci činnosti státní správy a samosprávy. The bachelor thesis is focused on the most common defects in the delivery of documents within the scope of state administration and self-government activities. Each addressee should have the opportunity to familiarize himself with the delivered document, and this right should not be denied to him by a defective method of delivery.
