Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou generátorů hodnoty podniku Granát, d.u.v., Turnov a jeho samotného ocenění. Nejprve je provedena strategická analýza. Dále jsou analyzovány generátory, kterými jsou zisková marže, tempo růstu tržeb, investice do dlouhodobého majetku, obrátkovost pracovního kapitálu a čistý pracovní kapitál. The aim of this thesis is the analyse value drivers of the company the Granát Turnov, d.u.v. and the estimate of value the company. At first the strategic analyze is made. Next is the value drivers of the company analyzed, concretely profit margin, growth rate of revenues, working capital turnover and net working capital.
