Bakalářská práce se zabývá právní úpravou odpovědnosti za škodu v pracovním právu, konkrétně odpovědností za škodu způsobenou zaměstnancem. Hlavní část práce vymezuje důležité pojmy související s odpovědností zaměstnanců, popis jednotlivých typů odpovědnosti a porovnání těchto typů.
