Low-energy family house located in the hillside

Abstract:

Dnešním trendem ve výstavbě rodinných a bytových domů se pomalu, ale jistě stávají nízkoenergetické a pasivní domy, které minimalizují provozní náklady objektu a jsou šetrné k životnímu prostředí. Právě rostoucí důraz na životní prostředí žene stavitelství tím to směrem. Snahou všech, by mělo být zachování životního prostředí v dobrém stavu pro následující generace. Proto má práce je zaměřena na tento typ výstavby. Snahou je vytvoření objektu z kvalitní obálky s minimalizací možných tepelných mostů jakoukoliv konstrukcí objektu. Dopomoci tomu má i použití vhodného technologického zařízení pro větrání a vytápění rodinného domu se samotným umístěním a orientací ke světovým stranám.

Abstract:

Currently the prevailing trend that is set up slowly in the construction of family houses and blocks of flats is the construction of energy efficient and passive houses that minimalize the operational costs and are environment-friendly. It is actually the growing importance of the protection of our environment that orientates the trends in this direction. Everybody should try to preserve the environment for our future generations. That is the reason why the main focus of my thesis is this type of construction. My main objective is to create an object with high-quality building envelope and the minimization of possible emergence of thermal bridges. It should be accomplished by the usage of adequate technological devices for ventilation and heating of the family house corresponding with its placement and cardinal points.
