Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rolí evropských dotací v zemědělství na území SO ORP Velké Meziříčí. Toto území nemá ideální přírodní podmínky pro zemědělství, především pro jeho rostlinnou složku. Část území je také zařazena do oblastí s přírodními či jinými zvláštními omezeními (ANC). Přesto je zde zemědělství poměrně rozvinuté a výrazně se podílí na zemědělství okresu Žďár nad Sázavou. Kromě podmínek pro zemědělství je v úvodu práce zhodnocena i struktura ekonomických subjektů v zemědělství na území SO ORP Velké Meziříčí a vývoj agrárního sektoru obecně i konkrétně. Dále se diplomová práce věnuje Společné zemědělské politice EU a jejím vlivům na místní zemědělské podniky a tím i na celé zemědělství území SO ORP Velké Meziříčí. V dotazníkovém šetření provedeném s podniky fyzických i právnických osob byla zjištěna velká závislost na zemědělských dotacích, ale také částečná nespokojenost se stávajícím systémem. Dotazníkové šetření provedené s obyvateli tohoto území ukázalo na širší záběr zemědělských dotací i mimo sektor zemědělství.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis focus on the role of European subsidies in agriculture in the region SO ORP Velké Meziříčí. This region does not have ideal natural conditions fora griculture, especially its crop production. Part of the region is salso included in areas with natural or other special restrictions (ANC). However agriculture is quitedeveloped here and contributes to agriculture in the district of Žďár nad Sázavou. Except for the conditions for agriculture the introduction of this thesis also focus on the structure of economic operators in agriculture in the region SO ORP Velké Meziříčí and the development of the agricultural sector in general and in particular. Thesis also deals with the Common Agricultural Policy of the EU and its effects on local agricultural companies and thus on the entirea griculture of the SO ORP Velké Meziříčí. In questionnaire survey perfomed with agricultural companies and farmers a high dependence on agricultural subsidies was found, but also a partial dissatisfaction with the current system. A questionnaire survey performer with the inhabitants of this region showed a wider range of agricultural subsidies outside the agricultural sector.
