Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku předcházení vzniku vad ve výrobním procesu prostřednictvím metody Poka yoke. Cílem práce je analyzovat současný stav využití metody ve výrobním podniku a na základě zjištěných skutečností vypracovat návrhy na zlepšení. The Bachelor Thesis is focused on mistakeproofing in manufacturing proces through Poka yoke method. The aim is to analyze current using of the method in manufacturing company and to make suggestions for improvement of problem areas, which was find out during analysis.
