Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vyvažování ve strojírenství, konkrétně vyvažováním rotorů a výpočtem kritických otáček hřídele rotoru. Práce analyzuje výpočtové metody pro předpovídání chování rotoru za provozu. Zaměřuje se na rizika přechodu kritických otáček a analyzuje vliv geometrických parametrů a materiálových hodnot na polohu kritických otáček. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vyvážení rotoru a jeho kmitání, zjišťování zvýšených vibrací rotorů turbosoustrojí, na charakteristiku a rozdělení hřídelů. Rotory se používají ve strojním průmyslu, energetickém průmyslu, a v mnoha dalších odvětvích. Aplikační část obsahuje výpočet kritických otáček hřídelů. Metodu návrhu rozměrů hřídelů. Výpočty kritických otáček jsou prováděny pomocí základních vzorců na výpočet měrné hmotnosti jednotkové hřídele a kvadratického momentu kruhového průřezu.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the issue of balancing in engineering , specifically balancing the rotor calculating the critical speed of the rotor shaft . The thesis analyzes the computational methods for predicting the behavior of the rotor during operation. It focuses on the risks of crossing critical speed and analyzes the influence of geometrical parameters of the material values of the position of critical speed . The theoretical part is focused on balancing of the rotor and its vibrations, detecting increased vibrations of the rotor turbine and on the characteristics of the distribution shafts. The rotors are used in the engineering industry , power industry and in many other sectors. The application part includes calculation of critical speed of the shafts. Method to design dimensions of the shafts. The critical speed calculations are performed using basic formulas for calculation of the specific weight of the unit shaft and variable torque of circular cross-section .
