Highway, job opportunities and price habitation

Abstract:

Acceleration rate of building-up and modernization of transport infrastructure is priority to government, because its building-up is non-achieving its asking intensity. The aim is to switch-over a higher-ranking transport infrastructure on trans-Europian transport network and to improve availability of all regions of SR. Meaningly and primarily building-up highways D1 has to accelerate from Bratislava to Košice. It should create convenient condition on cohesion regions. Considering the decision of drawing resources from fund of European Union and obligation of building-up transport infrastructure on the score of expressive grow its performance, is needed to priority dedicate its building-up. Necessity support of building-up infrastructure also shows fact that transport infrastructure has positive effect on economic process of SR. Under consideration of influence transport infrastructure on economy result findings, that direct foreign investments are strongly influenced by existence of high-class road-traffic trainfrastructure – density of highways in relation to foreign investments, with cumulatively density road networks resort to high decision travelling to work, which has a positive influence at decreasing of numbers of unemployed people, cumulative effect of quality transport infrastructure has positive influence at growth wages and expansion of high-class road networks resort to fall unemployment. Highways are getting a strong politician. Not only for the pressure on the land holders, on which roads stand. Politicians are aspiring of sector-building through regions, where they want to preserve their influence.

Abstract:

Zrýchlenie tempa výstavby a modernizácie dopravnej infraštruktúry je prioritou vlády, pretože jej výstavba nedosahuje požadovanú intenzitu. Cieľom je prepojenie nadradenej dopravnej infraštruktúry na transeurópsku dopravnú sieť a zlepšenie dostupnosti všetkých regiónov SR. Významne sa má urýchliť najmä výstavba diaľnice D1 z Bratislavy do Košíc. Tým by mali byť vytvorené vhodné podmienky na kohéziu regiónov. Vzhľadom k možnostiam čerpania prostriedkov z fondov EÚ a nutnosti budovať dopravnú infraštruktúru z dôvodu výrazného nárastu jej výkonov, je potrebné sa prioritne venovať jej výstavbe. Na potrebu podpory budovania infraštruktúry poukazuje aj skutočnosť, že dopravná infraštruktúra má pozitívny vplyv na hospodársky vývoj SR. Pri posudzovaní vplyvu dopravnej infraštruktúry na ekonomiku vyplývajú závery, že priame zahraničné investície sú veľmi silne ovplyvnené existenciou kvalitnej cestnej infraštruktúry – hustota diaľnic vo vzťahu k priamym zahraničným investíciám, s narastajúcou hustotou cestnej siete dochádza k vyšším možnostiam cestovania za prácou, čo má pozitívny vplyv pri poklese počtu nezamestnaných osôb, narastajúci podiel kvalitnej cestnej infraštruktúry má pozitívny vplyv na rast priamych miezd a s rozširovaním kvalitnej cestnej siete dochádza k poklesu nezamestnanosti. Diaľnice sa stávajú silnými politikom. Nielen pre tlaky na vlastníkov pôdy, na ktorej majú cesty stáť. Politici sa usilujú výstavbu úsekov presadiť v regiónoch, kde si chcú zachovať vplyv.
