Anotace:

Bondarev, G. Importance of Crude Oil Industry in the Economy of Russian Federation. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno,2022. The bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of economic impact of the Crude Oil Industry in the Russian Federation. Contribution of Crude Oil Industry to GDP, employment, export and environment of Russia are elaborated as well. Data was collected from statistical sources and scientific works of Russian researchers. The results confirm that Russian economy is dependent on oil prices, and there is an existence of alternative problems in the sector, which might be considered as a potential danger for country’s economy. Recommendations were made in order to decrease the dependence of Russian Federation on oil prices and to get rid of the alternative problems in the sector.
