Kúpna zmluva v slovenskom právnom poriadku

The contract of sale in Slovak law system
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis highlights the importance of the purchase agreement in consumer and business environments. The first chapter describes the purchase contract in the Civil Code. The second chapter describes the purchase contract in the Commercial Code. The third chapter deals with comparison of the purchase contract in the Commercial and Civil Code.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca poukazuje na význam kúpnej zmluvy v spotrebiteľskom a podnikateľskom prostredí. Prvá kapitola opisuje kúpnu zmluvu v Občianskom zákonníku. Druhá kapitola opisuje kúpnu zmluvu v Obchodnom zákonníku. Tretia kapitola sa zaoberá komparáciou kúpnej zmluvy v Obchodnom a Občianskom zákonníku.
